The much anticipated game between these 2 didn't fail to disappoint. A completely different showing from the blues compared to the earlier game against Carlton. A tight half saw the blues up 1-0 at the break after Sefil rounded the keeper. The blues dominated the game and raced to a 5-1 lead midway through the 2nd. A dominating display that had Brunswick in shock resulted into the Brunswick guys playing the 5th man and it worked wonders. The blues caught out saw their 5-1 lead cut down to 5-4 with 30 seconds left before the blues conceded the killer blow with 15 seconds left on the clock. After a huge effort it was disappointing to share points as the blues were clearly the better team on the night. This is football and it has it's good times and harsh times. A fantastic effort by the boys showing they are as good as the league leaders absolutely out playing them all game. If the blues can put this effort in back to back every week the 2nd spot for a v league berth isn't too far away. A massive 9 weeks left and tonight proved we are right up there. Positive energy all around Moreland.
